Serves: 2, Preparation time: 10 minutes & Marination: 1/2 hour
Ingredients:
10 Baby corns (cut into two halves)
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Red chilly flakes
1 Green chilly (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and gently coat the herbs on baby corn. Keep this aside for 1/2 an hour.
OMG! What a clever idea to slice them you can eat like a snack without bothering with firm middle parts etc. Great!:)
